If you are not sure about the photos you could always ask the moderators to withdraw them.

I would not like to think that posting them will cause any problems for the girls, and yourself of course.

Nice shout, well since Im not up to date on the legal aspects of showing pics without a model release, I will leave it up to the mods to decide if the pics are legally wrong or even morally wrong which was pointed out earlier.

Mods feel free to do as you think is best.

My next set of pics I will be posting on here soon, definitely have a signed model release, and are an old favourite (well I say old, she's only 21). Probably up next week

Thanks for understanding, Rico. I was just seeing this from the girls' point of view. Like you say, most are wannabe models and might not care anyway, but I think it's good etiquette to ask, at least. And surely you don't want to be the one responsible for a young girl being kicked out of a home, or losing friends over your mistake?

Maybe sending them an e-mail explaining that being published on here might lead to getting them a little work will be enough to get their agreement. At least then they'll feel they're being helped rather than exploited.

If all of these girls sent you their photos that means that THEY own the copyright, not you.
If you are a bit concerned now about posting the photos just go an delete them.

Of course, you'll need to login to you ImageBam account to delete them.

Well I know of one of these "models" shown in this thread already having given another tog problems regarding the taking down of photographs taken of her and the threat of legal action.

I would be very wary of posting a thread such as this and to be honest agree with Sam Slater's post.

I cant believe how much sensitivity there is about showing these photos! The girls dropped their knickers form them!
