Try doing what I and me old mate The Elephant Man (or as I call him, "'Ol Trunky") do, just remove all the mirrors from your house, then you wont scare yourself silly!
BTW I think the mask is rather flattering if you don't mind me saying!
To be honest I think we both need to be aiming for bodies like the one below to make it big at least in the USA! I've started my own regime lifting a can of Stella in each hand to my mouth until the cans are empty!
