Really? That fucking sucks. Why not tell them. I would. I have had teeething problems with my site and personally would want anyone to tell me off the problems. Trouble is most customers just say 'Not Satisfied' rather than why not satisfied.
You are damn right Thomas. They need to sort this and sort it now.

i know this will sound stupid but what do you mean thomascrown, you payed for the natasha scene but you got nothing at all.
the bluebird site is confusing it talks about having to pay a $32.99 PER SCENE!
then if you go on the natasha link to buy it comes up on the billing page $2.99
