In which case I apologise wholeheartedly to the Ossifer: but you can't blame me for jumping to the conclusion that he was having a pop at Bazza: the phrasing was clumsy.

Tabor (the REAL one) may be hopping mad if/when they hear of this.
Is it possible Bazza msiread 'tabor' for 'taboo'? Just a thought.
Sorry again, OD, for calumniating you. Still, one wrong out of 1200 ain't bad........

I think it could be Tabu that you are all on about. Several lads on camp have fallen for THAT one. Taboo and Tabor are legit, Tabu 'sounds' like the two proper companies, whereas it is shite.

Looking at it like that, then Your Choice does 17 films for 17.50

Over 10 mins of each. 180 mins.

But, to confuse things further, there is a German production/distribution company that's been going for over 30 years called Tabu. There's also an Italian lot called Tabu, also legit, and a couple of h/c films with 'Tabu' in the title.

Hey, nothing wrong with the Officer's phrasing - I'm a 'CSE' grade 'B' lad I'll have you know! Yes, I was having a mild dig at bazza - the wording of his post suggested to me that he had been sucked in (as in 'sucker') by this wonderfully generous offer and that he was almost on the point of sprinting down to the Post Office to send off his tenner! I was also highlighting the fact that this was probably a DS scam, one of the same that he has been using for the past 20 years.

Didn't mean to be too cruel to bazza, I'm sure he's a decent chap. But the Officer was mildly miffed that once again here was some one who wanted to believe that you could get something for (virtually) nothing.

Dibble.

Believe nothing you read in the Sport, why even the description NEWS-paper is a con.

I agree with your last point (up to a point....), but I'm gratified (but disappointed in you) that my instincts were in fact correct bout your Size 12s.
Anyway, I've had my rant at you for the day (unless you say something even more hopelessly provocative), so I'll just settle for forgoing a night in the cells with you, reviewing the placement and usage of subject and object in English grammar.
Evenin' all.
