I've got an idea who the model is and, if i'm right then she isn't on your
site at the moment. I'm guessing that you're not going to put the pics up
either since if you were you wouldn't be asking in the first place and she
hasn't been on the site for some time ( although if I've guessed correctly
she is requested some times, I asked you myself once!)
My point is that if your to nice a guy to use the pics anyway,(and it seems
you are so well done you.) then effectively the pics are worthless to you.
That being the case then you may as well sell them back at cost. (and its
not like you didn't enjoy the shoot I'm guessing.)

Wow,

Busy tonight. Erm.. I had a model plead with me to remove her photos from the site that is now Myson's 'nude2rude.com' saying:

'Hi,
How are u?

Im just emailing to ask you if you would be kind enough to remove me from your website
I dont want to be associated with this side of modelling anymore and have now stopped modelling completely.
I have started a new job and if it was seen that I have been doing this kind of modelling I would loose my job

really hope u understand and will be kind enough to remove me

Thanks

(name removed)'

I said to her to pay back the fee and I would remove the post:

'I'm fine. I will remove you from the site if you refund the money I paid
you for the shoot'

She responded with this:

'What!! I did the shoot with u a ages ago, u would have easily made the amount of money u paid me back by now why u being nasty?'

I then said I would get her removed from the local studio books since she was no longer modelling and she replied

'Hi
I am still modelling at that studioa and two studios in Essex im just working upto art nude now though
x'

At this point I was well confussed as she had said she 'now stopped modelling completely'.

I did not remove the photo set and then later found out that she was featured in several other publications.

Basically she bullshitted to me to give another magazine exclusive rights to her doing solo continental.

Well I am glad I did not remove her from my site,

Hi All

Thanks for the advice, some very contrasting opinions out there.

Still haven't made my mind up yet, but definitely food for thought

Check out my blog below, over 1500 pics of 34 young first timers (so far!)

Great fulls screen shots of these girls getting really naughty, cumshots galore.

I was in this exact same predicament (as a photographer) i had a set of a girl and she got a new bf and wanted to buy back the model release.

Basically i told her it would cost exactly the same as i had paid her originally for the shoot.

It turned out to be all nerves and panic and when she weighed up the cost with the chances of him ever finding it she decided not to bother and left it with me.

moral is, if its not selling negotiate a price fast, or if it is then quote the full re-shoot price

I agree with Daz,
Rip up the contract and return her photos if that's what she requires.
It would also give you a great reputation, so could be worth the financial loss in the long run

It could be that if or when she splits up with this new b/f she will be looking to get back into her modelling. And you could well be first in line.

You very often see or read of models getting a new b/f and a few months later wanting to get back in the business when they have split up.

Ps.
Rico.
I like your photos of "Laura" and after looking at the new ones you have posted i think i know her as well.
If it's who i think it is i am very very surprised she did those levels for you.

Hi,

speaking as a model, this girl should have read the model release and completly understood what the content was being used for. She should have given it more thought before hand as now, in my opinion, it is too late for her to do anything about it. It is very much like getting a tattoo, think long and hard before you do cos once you do it, its there forever!
If for whatever reason I was in a situation where I wanted to buy back a model release, I would be expecting to pay what the content could potentially be worth not what I was origionally paid.
Deffinatly dont just give her the content! Why should her changing her mind cost you money?

we have had this a couple of times over the years as we use real amateurs so you expect it sometimes.
Depending on how much footage you have be nice & remove it, we did this with one lady whilst she had cancer & when she was given the all clear she said we could use the material again so being nice works.
If the lady is a stunner then penny to a pound of shit she will be back so don't sell her model release in case of this just remove the pics.
Whatever you decide you are in the right as you have done everything as it should be with 2257 regs etc so the lady as no rights to have her material removed but be the nice guy as she might be back one daY.
