Yes. It applies to British, and also USA laws...

If you are filming it for release on the net, and filling in (AND KEEPING) relevant paperwork... Then (in my opinion) its not considered to be prostitution...
That said, I am NOT a lawyer... So I strongly suggest you consult with one, if this is a worry for you.

Your options are :-


1) Invest Time in learning how to build sites using CMS and/or scripts.

OR PAY a designer to build the site and teach you how to update it.

Then buy in all the content you need, or build it with free promotional content.

This is the cheap way. So hundreds of people try it. Few succeed.

2) Make your own content.

To do this properly pencil in between 500 and 1000 quid a shoot for normal porn, depending on number of peformers, and whether or not you also need camera, MUA, location, editor etc.

You'll be wanting at least 10, pref over 20 shoots before you go live. Do the math.

Not so many people do this, but the success rate is higher. But failure is expensive.

3) Legal stuff - you need Model Releases and IDs, and if using other peoples stuff, their permission and their declaration that releases and IDs are in order.

4) You are up for the marketing effort?
