I thought Paycom/Epoch had this new MPA3 cascading billing system - or did this not come to anything?

We'll have to disagree with regards your traffic stats. 5+ years of running adult sites tells me different.

An affiliate will get credited for a sale on Epoch regardless of what form of payment the customer chose i.e credit card, debit card, cheque.

I got 7 years of running an affiliate programme (or two) and all show that kind of stats... go post on GFY, NetPond ect and see what % people quote...

So your getting a bigger % from the UK ? From Europe ? If so your traffic is fuckered ! But hey some people just dont want to listen...

Just because someone has a different opinion to you doesn't mean they are wrong!! Its their choice, why get so bent out of shape over it!
I don't run affiliate programs but I am members of alot of them and I am always relieved when i see they aren't using ccbill, its messy and impossible to check if they are right. Half the time the stats screen fails to load properly and the tools pages are a joke! No a fan of ccbill !!!

Hey it's all good... not bent out of shape here at all...

I just think KillerGram have a great product... I posted recently singing the praises of the site, I actually got my credit card out and joined (which trust me is a very rare occassion seeing I am in the industry)

I am also a big fan of BlueBird, even though I havent checked their site out yet...

Would love to see companies like that doing well and see them over representing at Internext and AVN... So was just chipping in with my two cents... if its not appreciated then hey so be it...

Epoch supports campaign tracking for affiliates .... CCBill do not
Epoch integrates their Free Hosted Galleries and Promotional tools seamlessly into their webmaster control panel .... CCBill do not ...
