Hi m8.
I'm not in the industry at all, but I am located in the North East (Darlo).
Are you after a specific type of setting, or simply anywhere which can accommodate 10-15 guys adn will permit an adult shoot?

Couple of ideas spring to mind ...
White Horse Hotel (A167). May be the type of hotel that could bend to your requriements? Doesn;t look like the main partof the Hotel is being used for very much... so it may be possible to get a space...without getting in the way of anyone?
Sounds terrible... but what about a small/cosy warehouse setting? Loads of units around the town which you could dress quite easily to set a scene?
Are there any serviced apartments for daily/weekly hire in Newcastle. I know there are a few in Glasgow ... they are large, high ceiling, wood floor, loads of light ... trendy style new apartments.. maybe this is more what you are looking for?
