A similar thing was done last year where someone booked a pornstar/escort and got quoted ?100 extra for sex without a condom. Fortunately the girl resides on foreign shores, for now. Unfortunately the agent still leeches around looking for new talent.

About the performer being pushed out. If he was in partnership, and the partner did a runner, he should still pay travel expenses to any performers that lost money. I'm afraid if you go into partnership, then you take responsibility equally. If one does a runner, the other is left with the baby, not the innocent model who got cancelled. (That's if I understood your post properly). If he wants to stay in the business and wants to be trusted, he needs to use more than promises I'm afraid.

There'll be quite a few who'll want you to sweep this under the carpet, and a few who'll even twist it to where you're just a trouble causer, so watch out. People don't like their faces put out of joint, nor like losing money. Last time I brought up a similar thing last autumn I got nasty e-mails.

Guess what, i've gone to work today (i have a normal day job as well as the part-time modelling) and a friend mentions that his brother and brothers girlfriend have got to be tested for hepatitus C because the girls ex bf has suddenly died from it.

That's pretty scarey. This person doenst know im in the adult business so there is no reason to make it up. And as far as i know this bloke who died was "joe public". Some of you may say yep people die all the time, but i say we dont know if this bloke used escorts.

Something has to be done to be allowed to say which models are sticking to certs or condoms, which are escorting, and which do it unprotected for a few more ??.

What I'd like to know, would an active Performer in the Industry be entitled to access a type of Private List of Porn Actors/Actress's who Escort (either proven, or suspicion), that way, it is then upto the performer if he/she will willingly work with any specific actor/actress who supposedly does Escorting?

The reason for asking this is 2-fold:
1. At the moment, with the discussions here on BGAFD, as well as on other forums I've read, it seems a bit Hit or Misss, if the performer is going to catch anything untoward, when they are working with various Actors/Actress's/Performers.

2. I have always been very cautious about my Health (General Health as well as Sexual Health), I don't fancy catching nasty STI's, AIDS, TB, or any other health issues, just because I fancy getting it on with some1, in work or in private life. With the issues/scares that have been going around every so often, this has got me rather concerned about trying to get work in this Industry.

This issue, as well as lack of funds, plus being partly overweight is why I have not taken many steps forward to working in the Industry. I am very concerned about my health, & reading about how certain performers are taking unnecessary risks with theirs & other performers health is very disconcerting.

In theory this would be a good idea, but in practise, it will never happen... The reason it will never happen is that as people fall out within the industry, rumours will spread, and then a witch-hunt will start.

I admit, something needs to be done, but as a performer I can but only continue getting my tests and praying each time that I collect my results that they are clear!
