Randy, at what point will you feel your grievance has been aired ? It's starting to look like an obsession for the sake of a relatively small amount of money. Like most things you weigh the benefits against the costs and if the costs are greater you do something about it ... like cancelling your subscription.

We know you have a grievance but it may have reached the point where there isn't a satisfactory outcome for you other than bringing it to people's attention as often as you can. Perhaps Lolly will respond, but the more hostile messages you post the less likely that is to happen ... or so it would seem to me.
