Hi Manc... didn't realise I would be under scrutiny for someone elses mistakes, however, I'll take the time to answer your questions, so then maybe you'll be a little less confused...

I re-read my post, and there wasn't ever anywhere where I said 'shooting in public without the public knowing...'. I said, 'Shooting in public without permission..' Translation: If you don't want grief from police, angry land owners, or whoever, it's a good idea to check who owns the land/property that you intend to shoot in.

In regards to BangBros, yes, that was an outdoor shoot, but the company had hired and PAID for use of a farm in Miami, and obtaind a FULL license to shoot pornography on that particular property...

I have shot plenty outside as build up/intro, and even some full scenes outside without permission, but I was warned prior to the shoot that there was no license/permission, and therefore I had the CHOICE to participate in something that I KNEW could result in fines and/or arrest... it was my desision. My problem with whoever was the director, is that he took away the choice of the performers by not informing them of his intentions, and then not to pay them when it went tits up is outrageous.

I'm all for shooting wherever, but everyone needs to know the score, espesially in public places, as like you said, you should certainly make sure that there's no kids around, if everyone is informed of the situation, everyone can have an eye out for any stray Joe Publics who might walk past, but, if no-one knows, how can that happen? It's not fair to put performers in the position of recieving a criminal record without warning them... simple as that.

People just need to be a little more professional, and responsible with shooting porn in public, as it can be a sore spot for all involved.

i was the girl that backed out at the last minute and thank fuck.

i backed out cos the producer (of a well known trade mag) made me feel like a freak for wanting a toilet on set for an extreme anal scene. only nature and dock leaves as toilet facilities on this set!!!!.

also claiming... im not paying for watersports cos ur gonna pee anyway during the day at some point.

im looking to do some stuff in the future that requires me to have a squeeky clean slate. if id have been there that would be my future fucked.

i do hope the mag in question get to hear of this. imagine someone who works to supposedly further our industry taking us back to the dark ages in one fall swoop. its stuff like this that keeps us down.

As Sandie has mentioned the trade magazine I'd better come clean as the man who organised this debacle. Clearly it went bad and I regret my error in judgement in going ahead with it hours late. Having had to cancel it once I didn't want to let any performers down again so pressed on with it, ignoring nagging fears.

Some of the details above are inaccurate, and I believe there are some mitigating circumstances, but ultimately I have to take the blame for what happened. Some things I can't be held responsible for though, and I believe they had a significant effect on the outcome of the police's roadside investigation.

I'd like to make the point I was acting as an individual and not as an agent of ETO making this film. The magazine has been running a series of features on my attempts to make a porn film but that's the extent of their involvement in it.

I'll respond to Sandie's comments by email, but it was certainly never my intention to make her -or anyone else- feel like a freak.

Comments and abuse can be sent to me at snapsandbytes@aol.com and I'd like to make a public apology to all the people affected by this situation. On the financial front, I've paid fines I feel responsible for and a model who actually did a brief turn. I'm still in discussion with other parties about how to make the best of a bad situation.

I would like to add, my intention with the original post was NOT an attempt to make Paul reveal himself. Naming and shaming doesn't interest me, unless you ask me directly and I will advise you responsably.

It was simply and experience that needed to be shared with the community.
