we pay ?250 for a 4 hour b/g scene maybe with some g/g thrown in to. It does sound like a joke to pay you ?200. However, if you don't want to do it, don't do it. And noone does anal for ?200! If you do, I'll book you next.

BTW if you want to be on the jimslip.com website and have your certs then please mail me privately.

It all depends on experience, some models work ?350 for just b/g whereas others are ?300. If Anal is in the shoot, and it is TWO scenes then you could ask for a bit more, for instance we pay about ?350-?400 for anal b/g scene, but it all depends on the model and her experience and popularity, hope i have helped, all the best,

Ok as its me that Corinna is refering to I think its time I had my 2 penneth.

First lets set a few things straight I didnt offer ?200 for hc bg with anal.
The rate i offered was ?200 for just bg or with anal ?250 or more extreme (ie deepthroat) ?300.
She had already explained to me that she didn't think her partner could perform twice in 2 hours "but we'll give it a go".
which is exactly why when I book amature couples I pay a rate for the shoot not per hour. Would it be right that I should be paying ?150 or ?200 an hour to wait and see? I find a per shoot rate helps the performers as they're not on a timetable. Ive had shoots with that content take an hour and a half and others 3 hours.
If a model asks me to pay a rate that I think is too high I'll try and negotiate or politely decline. Sometimes I offer my rate and people take it straight away and others ask for more. Ive now found the new approach, send an email back saying "Im not desperate" and then start a forum thread.
3 years of working with adult models mostly amatures and Ive never had a single complaint or bad word said.
This was the first time Ive used this forum to advertise work and in fairness Ive had some good responses and hopefuly will get some good shoots organized.
But if this thread is a taste of what offering genuine work gets you then Im not sure I'll put many more adds on here.
Sorry for the winge but felt it was needed

Andy,

In every profession, new people are always paid a lower rate than tried & tested / experience people. An actor out of drama school shouldn't expect to get paid the same as someone with five years of experience.

The Porn Industry is exactly the same especially when new males are involved. A producer will have to take a chance and risk a whole days shooting expenses upon a person or couple who may or may not be able to perform.

Once a model has a reputation, their rate will rise to industry levels and once they've gain porn celebrity status, they can start to command their own rates & terms / conditions.

Also, if you will recall at the recent bukkake we attended, all of the guys except the professional talent were not paid.

I'm sure most agents will tells you this and I expect a number of girls on here who have commented will also have been paid a lower rate for their first / second shoot to their current shoots.

on behalf of my wife Coreena I've got to explain that our post here wasn't a threat at any point. We didn't mention any name and as unexperienced couple were looking only for an opinion of other models/producers.

Any girl here?300 for solo continental+2 x "extreme" b/g shoots?..........Wow!Slowly not all at once!

Another consideration, I think, is that an amateur couple who only work with each other don't have the expense and inconvenience of getting certs. Even with certs, there are a lot of infections about at the moment and professionals could rightfully ask to be paid more to cover the risk of being unable to work for a few weeks if they catch something.

Andy,

I think you've answered your own issue - experience.

Experience performers can demand a higher or market rate whilst an amateur / inexpereince performer will be paid less due to the risk the producer is taking on them not being able to perform / act on camera.

This happens in all performing arts including cinema, theatre, ballet, opera, dance, art galleries.

When Tom Cruise made his first film "Risky Business", he will have gotten a reasonable salary but nothing like the Hollywood 'A-List' of the time. The porn industry is exactly the same.

Also, if a production company is risking ?1,000 organising a shoot with a performer very few people have worked with, they will want to cover some risk by a lower rate.

Once you've got some experience as a couple, you'll be able to pick and choose parts & roles but at the beginning it's a little tough.

Also, how many models have done TFP (Time For Prints) with photographs to get starts in Glamour Modelling? Many...

Would be interesting to hear what other producers have to say on this matter.

That sounds like a complicated scenario as Corinna would have been popular as far as bookings go ......

but if she only models with you then that cuts down the amount of work available as the "fixed" couples market is limited. Its further complicated by the fact a lot of males are expected to model for free or very cheap until proven and established.

If the situation isnt going to change i.e. you can work with other females, while Corinna can't work with other males - then personally i'd advise her to take every offer carefully no matter how low as some money is better than none. Even more so if Corinna is serious as the work will dry up fast when all the interested parties have dome thier shoot with you and her. If its just for fun then why worry about the money anyway.

I still say you would be better off charging a slightly higher hourly rate and doing short shoots, especially if you wont be able to do 2 cumshot scenes.
