Won't this be close to the ETO Show Date ? (can't be bothered looking up the date), meaning alot of travel a week or so apart ?
Also for us northerners doing it on a thursday means 2 days off work, would need thurs and fri off to allow for travelling, so fri/sat be much better, for anyone with mroe than a few hours drive.
p.s. If i put my hair in pigtails and get me a bra can i go free

Don't forget from 1st July the smoking ban comes into effect.
Lots of bars will find it different from July so most will be flexible on numbers / reserved areas - what kind of numbers & venue are you thinking of? I might be able to help with venue ideas.
