Dear All, hate to be a kill joy here but please note Mai Bailey is still under contract to Walpole Group for another 9 months, Mai if you would be kind enough to contact me at the office so we can discuss this in private as this is not the place to clarify your situation. Producers if you wish to book Mai please contact us once we have had a chance to assess Mai's reliability and commitment to this industry as quite a few customers were let down by her when she fell pregnant

Mai I have also been chasing you for your second form of Id you shot for Relish and Neville Keighley both have been chasing us for your passport which you promised you would forward some 2, months ago I have contacted you but still we have not recieved it. Do you not have one? Is there a problem with it?

Please advise as a matter of urgency.

to clarify after seeking legal advice and seeing as you have posted here i note as follows:-

1) there is no clause within the contract stating i could not fall pregnant or be pregnant. i do appolagise to anyone who had wish to book me but i am pregnant and happily too.

2) our contract had been terminated when i informed you of my pregnancy as the contractual obligations could not be fulfilled and hence was frustrated. surely in both our interests and as i had assumed was terminated at this stage noting the following - i have been taken of the website, no futher jobs offered or payments made as set out in the contract since.

3) second ID's were issued. however, i will issue any further supporting evidence if required. Yes, i have a passport.

4) additionally, checking my mail i note i have not had any requests for further ID's but again note they can be provided and appolagise to anyone awaiting information. however i believe this to be incorrect.

5) My reliability is fine assuring i am satisfied with the people i am to work with within the industry and providing certification is ALL in order as i have discussed with you. i assume you are referring to this following our altercation over the issue of me requesting i not work with actors who's certs are not fully in order on the day of shoots. a day wasted for all parties i note embarressment to myself and the actor had walpole ensured this simple task was checked. your comments at the time were not supportive nor in my best interests i am still not happy about this ian.

should you wish to continue the discussion here fine. however, it would have been more appropriate i would have thought to have dropped me a private mail in the 1st place and not to have tryed to put my reputation or reliability up for discussion here.

i look forward to your response. in the meantime i am seeking further work as noted
