I did say it was totally new market so it is not comparable to current delivery methods, ie a conventional website. I really can't go into this aspect of it but the revenue streams that are associated with it are limited. I am exploiting 4 different consumer needs, adult entertainment being one of them.

I have a day job and so does my business partner but I am looking 2-3 years ahead anyway before even looking at making money.

It's interesting to hear the overheads you have but then I assume you need to keep fresh and have USP's ? . That's what we have in our favour that no-one else is doing what we are setting out to do.

So if the over heads are 16K+ then to satisfy my salary requirements and my partners we would need to generate pure profits of over ?80K . I can't see that realistically with just the adult side of the business.

I will quickly address your points

1 . Very easily ....Don't think search engines...all I can say
2. In it for the long haul, not a get rich quick scheme.
3. Content can and will be limited due to the technologies involved.

Great help though, I had no idea on what costs were involved in conventional adult entertainment websites.

Still looking for any recommendation on content suppliers. Found some on the net which seemed ok but prefer personal recommendations.

Ging, contact some of the regular posters on here, speak to JK, OneEyedJack, Rico, Simon D, Robbie, etc see if they have the content, or can shoot it for you, end of the day adding the names gives content a pedigree.

Suburban Sluts by Joe Smith

means nothing but

Suburban Sluts by One Eyed Jack

tells the buyer what they are getting, so speak to well known people see if they wll provide content on an affiliates deal, or some other deal you hammer out.

May also wanna head over see if any producers can help ya out :)
