I agree - pay the girls well for a job that takes a lot of dedication, get better content, sell more copies... the industry in this country needs to lose its cheap image.

Speaking as a producer who once was a working model. I always try to pay as much as the budget allows plus travel and I always put on a spread of food.
I more then understand models gripes at producers trying to squeeze fifty quid off the rate, to me this is senseless. If you are that worried about fifty quid here or there on your production then it is not worth shooting anyway.
However I also come from old school and sometimes it is nice for the models to see things from the producers point of view. We sometimes have the budgets slashed at last moment or many other issues may effect your budget.
But I would love to be able to give the girls more money, But then would they still turn up with half a matching costume no towel and then asking to go early.
Josephine girls like you always turn up and always put your heart and sole in to a scene and are worth double what you get paid.
If only we all were as succesful as the likes of Ben Dover where we could pay more.
I know many models think we producers are loaded but believe me it is not always the case. I myself am more then a hundred grand in debt and put half a million quid in to my buisiness over the last seven years. It is only because I have faith in my product that I believe it is a worthwhile investment as this is my chosen career.
I know many girls that would turn up for me for nothing to help even if they were skint . I have had quite a few kind models ring me up and offer to do scenes for me in times of trouble and these girls I will never forget.
Our industry is in a wonderful place at the moment, We in the U.K have a fine selection of top girls to shoot with. And it upsets me to think that some producers take the piss to keep a couple more quid to themselves.
But try to remember some days you get great jobs and other days you get a shit one, It is part of life but as we are having sex for a living it is sometimes hard not to take things a little more personally than it would in a normal job.

And dont forget the extra ?50.00 if anal is included!love!

Is it like a plumber quoting someone for a job? You know quotes for what you expect to be a day or half day job and then ends up taking 30 minutes!?

No doubt the adult industry has it's share of p*ss takers on both sides of the camera... and before anybody denies that.. I do know..

All seems a bit vague to me!

A few producers have used my place for filming over the years. At times it's taken longer than expected. This is normally down to the stud not being up to the job

At the same time it can take no time at all..

In my case as I shoot up to g/g most of the time I've stopped the cam after about 20 mins just to ask the girls if they were ok, and the scene has ended when they were ready

I had one fabulous model who wouldn't stop a solo/toys scene till she'd had at least one orgasm. She would use what ever was around and everywhere just to have one. Her edited scenes last a minimum of 20 mins.

So the answer to your question is " How long is a piece of string"

Hi guys, I am new to the industry and have worked with some great girls so far: Lolly Badcock, Tammy Oldham, Morrigan Hel and Mellie D to name a few and they have been excellent and I could not recommend the highly enough. Very nice girls aswell as excellent performers.

I love this industry and have always wanted to be in it from an early age, I am even thinking of going into it full time.

My scenes are very short, ie 1 cigarette long (6-8 minutes) as the models will feel sick smoking too much so I get them to have a good break in between scenes.

If I am doing a boy/girl hardcore scene and it only lasts for 10 minutes and I get 3 different scenes done aswell as some solo scenes what should I be paying for a half day or 6 hours?
