Its not a hard core site but Kathywest.com, which updates twice a month, uses just herself plus another female for some sets. Kathy runs this uniform site very well and I imagine that the income from it is massive.

Her husband/partner is the photogragher and the quality is top notch.

This shows that if you can target a market area, be original and produce high quailty images you can run a very successful site. She also processes the credit cards herself........great cost saving.

Where will the 1000 members suddenly appear from ? My two main pay sites have 900 affiliates between them and it's still hard work.

Do you really think surfers will pay $40 (?20) for a site with only 10 videos ? I doubt they'd pay $19.95 (?10) for so little.

You've had replies from a few in the biz who haven't tried to put you off but have tried to explain it's not that easy. You should sit down with pen and paper and work out your costs:

The females will cost from ?300 per scene.

You will need a decent host if you're going to have all videos, as downloads use a lot of bandwidth. The host should be US based and the minimum is a semi dedicated package which costs from $125 ((?62). Cheap hostiung means probs.. You get what you pay for.

Are you going to shoot all the scenes from your home ? If not you may have to pay for a location.

Who will design the web site ? You or will you pay someone. Paying will cost you from $500 (?250)

Basically to get your site live will cost you around ?4000 based on the cheapest of cheap and maybe even a lot more.

Spunds like you have it all sussed out! travelodge and all (you will also get to find out that hotels are a bit of a no no too)
If you do end up getting into this you will know where everyone who has answered to your post (which im guessing you wanted replies to?) are coming from.
