I've been on a couple of shoots where it was commented that that was the money - but they were LARGE, and VERY NICE London apartments belomnging to RICH people, which offered several rooms suitable for shooting, and which were used to shoot several scenes over a day.

But that said, "normal" type places, esp outside London area, are much cheaper.

When I've repainted it my non London flat/studio will be under 100 for a full day.
