Jimslip has the right advice here, steer clear of these telly bastards!!!!
Love it Jim, maybe people should pay attention to your comments in future...
100% true, they may act as your friend and make it look like they are going to put your side accross, but they have made up there own angle before they even start filming!

Well Bob

I think you should think before you end up in court, I am more than happy to spend a million on legal fees to fight your liabalous comments. I have and will never sell un model released content. You are correct in saying just because someone owns the copyright they do not have the right to sell it, to two do not go hand in hand.

I have alot of "private" content, with NO model release this would not be sold. Nor would I use other peoples copyrighted material. Unlike yourself you infact used my copyrighted & model released photos on yor website. You are lucky I didn't sue you....

Well James, as you well know, the photo you mention in your post was supplied to me by the model in question. Most models have a portfolio of pictures, most of which the copyright belongs to the photographer not the model, but which the model has use of for promotional purposes.

When you eventually showed you were the copyright holder, after many abusive and "tired and emotional" phone calls and emails, I removed the photo as you requested.

I very much look forward to you taking me to court... I just love watching people like you loose! Its a hobby of mine. !wink!
