Re: the northern spunkslut experiement disc designs
Ah nice one.
I'd be very tempted to see the Newcastle girl scene. I have a weakness for geordie girls.
I am in Leeds, and if you ahve been ont h eboards you'll know I have been looking for work lol. Just wondering f you were near enough to want some help on your shoots/business.
The studip up there helps you find girls and provides you a place to shoot? You are your own director etc? Nice.
Whats the costs of that if I can ask?

Re: the northern spunkslut experiement disc designs
On the shoot itself I would have suggested an assistant director, camera man photographer, something like that.
For the business side it would be office and admin work or somethinh to do with the business itself.

Feel free to email more details on what you do and such.
Re: the northern spunkslut experiement disc designs
ok.
I have added you to my msn messenger.
In terms of the question you posed in your original post, the picture that shows a number of scenes would be the best disc cover.

Re: the northern spunkslut experiement disc designs
As most have said, I'd go with the stills, but maybe not like that as it's a bit too "busy" for the eyes?
If you've got every girl in the film on the back cover of the DVD case insert, maybe you only need two or three stills for the actual disc?
Do you shoot photos alongside the video and have some hi-resolution pics to use on the covers and disc? The ones of the models on their own look like screen caps from the scene itself, which might make your end product look cheap when they printed up... Although if these are just design roughs, then I suppose you've got better quality images in hand.
Just a few thoughts. Good luck with it!

Re: the northern spunkslut experiement disc designs
Don't take this the wrong way but they all look bad.
Screen grabs are no good for print unless you're only using very small images. Why not take a stills camera to each shoot and take a handful of high resolution pics to use for your disc & box artwork?
The composite image is very poorly put together and is a good example of how not to make composite images. The Union Jack in the background is way too low resolution and looks very pixellated, the cutouts are badly done, and the colours of the various images are not matched correctly.
You might also need to include some bleed on the outside of the outer circle so that you ensure the discs are printed correctly right up to the edge.
