I've just checked on my laptop, which has Norton on it, and your banner is on the Wankstar site, Brother Blue. I know what you mean about Norton, it was blocking banners earlier this year; perhaps you don't have the latest update.

Do yourself a favour.. Get rid of the frames to start with. They screw up everything and kill you on the search engines. Having a regular site without them and getting the scroll to work will benefit you a lot more

And.. No reply received as you said yesterday..

We are trying to help you guys.. So... Pull you fingers out or get a new webmaster asap

...and another thing there's a Voyeurweb banner on there which is going to waste...if you linked it to their toplist you'd get about another 100 uniques a day - every extra bit of traffic helps.
