I don't have a problem with non adult stuff at all.
I don't have streaming servers as such, but depending on bit rate and number of users movies can stream. The delivery is http, not UDP.
Because my movies are all very high quality (over 3000kbps) UDP actually reduces the quality of the stream or reduces the frame rate...http is actually better for large files as it maintains the quality so people can download and play from their own drives*. So I've never had the need for streaming servers.
*downside is that it's more easily pirated, but I've found it not to be a major problem.
