alexis. what i would do is buy up a small stock of domain names (particularly .co.uk) and move ur server off US terf and take regular lists of ur members.
if its off US ground they cant do much and if its not u can just set up the next day with a new domain.

Why bother with all that, Sandie. If you're that worried about it (which you shouldn't be!) get a server in Canada - just as cheap as the US - load your existing sites up to it and point your existing domain names to the new server. No-one would ever see the changeover when the nameservers change and you've no connection with the US at all.

Thats ok Alexis. The DPA protects against info given in error or without the knowledge of the person in question. You giving model release info is fine as you are aware and willing to pass it on
