If your not a agent Paul, why do people have to contact you to book her?

They don't HAVE to contact me. But it was me she contacted to get into the business, and I've helped her with contacts, worked with her and shown her how to promote herself.

If someone contacts me about her, and I know they are good people, I'll tell her that, and guess what - she's likely to do the shoot.

And she is getting seriously busy - for obvious reasons.

Yeah right, when a lovely girl comes along, throw her to wolves in Cyberspace.

For example she asked me about one of the people who has posted in this thread. I told her that I'd never worked with him, but he was well established and I was sure she'd be OK.

He'll know who he is when I say that she asked if she should bring me along as the male performer. He declined, but I told to work with him anyway and not to worry about me.

This is an industry full of backbiting, poseurs, chancers and wannabes, not to say creeps and downright dangerous people. If you can't accept that some people believe that it's nice to be nice, you must have a hell of a life.

I probably shouldn't post this, it's been written at the end of a long day, but sod it. I will.

I am with Paul on that point! I have been on and out & indeed all about the adult movie scene since 1996, working with so many people and seeing all the fly by nights and back stabbing going on, and certain people who I know where abuse on set etc., There is a great need for caution even today (if not more so!). Paul was doing the right thing by watching Mercedes back and full credit to him for that... I would defend any new talent found too as people like Ian at Walpole can testify... I don't want or wish to see anyone hurt in this business.
