I have used Ian on most of my productions, and yes of course things go wrong, sometimes my fault sometimes Ian's and quite often if you can believe a model lets us down, but on the whole he is always ready to jump in his car and open the office to save a shoot, has always done his best to get the girls to my locations, and so far out of 25 road trips and 4 twins movies by hook or by crook we got through.

It can be infuriating for the agency when sometimes ten girls let diffrenet jobs down and the agency is getting screamed at by the producers, yet all the time having to remain polite to everyone,.
I am sure Louise that Ian would not direct all his dissapointments at you, but give a man a little slack sometimes.

Ian - when I worked for Viv Thomas last year - you told me I would be paid travel expences. Viv said they din't pay travel and so I called you and you said you would pay me yourself. So I sent you the ticket and was promised again and again that I would be paid and you didn't.
You also sent me to a job in halifax when I had first started out telling me that I was working for a gut called Scott, only when I arrived the guy was called Phil Suttcliffe! (Fiona Cooper)
And you sent me to a gg hard shoot told me to take toys etc and when I arrived I was presenting. All I hear about Walpole is how they let people down and rip people off. Thanx for taking my 2 year old pics off your site - I've been waiting a year mate!
And you can say what you want but I have worked for loads of people 4/5/6 times in a row! why is this because I turn up and work my bollocks off too.
Oh and if I let the client (Fiona Cooper) down the other day! why is it he's booked me again?

Well I can only speak from my own dealings with Louise, but I've worked with her 4 times now and not only has she been dependable but also a damn good model that saved my bacon a couple of times with some great ideas and cares as much about the results as I do.

Also working with Walpole on plenty of occassions I can see why Ian hit out, maybe not in the right place or at the right model to a degree as there are so many models that don't even have the basic manners to cancel yet do the dreaded no show instead without explanation.

I have to admit if I were Ian and seen Louise's post on the same day of a cancelled shoot I would have been miffed to say the least.

As Marino said he has a pain in the ass job when a model doesn't show for a shoot and this post must have been a red rag to a bull

But I would hate to see Louise's otherwise superb reputation harmed from this as she really is a 'Top Bird' and wouldn't hesitate booking her again with full confidence she will show.

I've worked with Ian since I started shooting in 2001...

I owe him big as I was being filmed for a Ch 5 programme and needed an Indian model who was prpeared not only to be filmed for the programme but also to be interviewed... Bless Ian who didn't know me from Adam.. And still wishes it was like that... But he found me a model called Keela at the 11th hr, literally. The filming started at mid day and he found her at 10 am.. That's why when I find and decent models... I drive them straight over there to sign up

As for Louise... I did have a g/g shoot planned with her but I had to cancel and from just chatting to her on MSN and the phone.. I have to say that she sounds like a decent person.

So lets just look at it as today was a bad day and you two... Kiss and make up.. Life is too short

Firstly, Louise how are you?? it's been a while since we done those shoots for Billy at Titanic! I bet you're still as sexy as ever!!

Secondly.. I feel that I have to put my view across regarding Walpole as they seem to be getting some negative feedback.. I think you guys do a fab job! I don't envy you at all, the amount of c*ck ups you must have to rectify on a daily basis must be unreal! I've been registered with Walpole for over a year and never had any problems, at the end of the day they are the most succesfull agency in the UK so they must be doing something right!

Hi

I have only worked with Louise once and that was my first g/g shoot for simon Davies. Ahe is a really nice girl who made me feel really comfortable and i had a good day of shooting.

I dont see any reason to slate her. There is only one person who has something bad about her - which is nothing compared to all the people shes probably worked for!

It seems to me that as nobody else has anything bad to say about her, her cancellation was a one off and most likely for a very good reason!

As for Walpole - i have been on there booksfor 12 months now - dont even know if my pictures are up but they only got in touch with me twice i think and both jobs were cancelled - one because of the other model!

Any way ive had my say....
