About Laura Turner:
There is a short scene near the end of the movie where several girls are shown for a very short time with graphics as if we are looking them through windows and doors:

That first screenshot has Laura Turner. That shot with her face visible lasts for maybe about 4 seconds only (another shot is shown before that and that might be from the same scene and that lasts a little bit longer).
The second has Ilona Tihase, again just for 4 seconds or so.
The third has
XNK8554 &
XNK8555.
There are other girls shown as well.
Now that I checked out Teen Town 4, I noticed these are basically just preview shots from the next movie in the series. Not sure if there is any need to list them as featuring in the movie.

Hard to be 100% sure about these.
And I think there are four different women in the last asian scene.
The scene opens with this:

A female voice is talking about something with a very crude and bad fake Asian Chinese/Japanese accent.
Mentions Harry as Hally and says something about internet as "intelnet."
I don't have a clue what she's talking about at this point.

The girl in the picture says in very American English "down, down, down, oh" as she listens to the walkman.
The camera pans to her:

Just as the camera starts to pan, the female voice over says something in German(?) again with the fake Asian accent and mentions the name Mimi, and the words "telefon sex."
Could be she is referring to either one of them as Mimi.

I would say she is Mimi Miyagi because of her breasts.
The voice over calls her Chin-Chin.
At first the voice over says again something in German(?) but then she turns back to English:
"Chin-Chin can get vely close to Hally and then explode."
Then we cut to this:

Notice the tattoo(?) on the upper back of the girl on right.
At first I thought that maybe the big breasted woman could be the one on the right here, but she isn't and the tattoo proves it.
The woman who takes the pictures isn't the one who is shown at the beginning holding the camera but she is someone else whose face is never shown.
The naked women are the two who were shown at first.
It could be they are Tricia Yen and Keanna.
I don't think any of them is Mylena.
But I'm not sure if Mei Chong's breasts are the right size for Mylena... She looks bustier than whatever few pictures I've seen of Mylena.
Now, there is someone named Mylene Zwiespalt mentioned in the opening credits... Maybe she is Mylena?
As Mei Chong is an unique name of its own in the credits, maybe Mylena is the photographer?
