I made the statement, so your nether regions are presumably safe. I've already

To be fair, if a post is on an obviously US topic the existing rules allow its summary
removal, so I think the danger of us being flooded with 'in what film did Stephanie
Swift hit someone over the head with a clockwork apple while riding a unicycle'-type
posts is tiny.
IMO the original q. has some parallels with the 'boundary issues' previously discussed
here ad nauseam- and to which I think the answer was to take a more-or-less slightly
woolly ad hoc approach; and none the worse for that.
