Many thanks to ArchiPoeta and DJones. So now we're hot on the German trail, which I suppose is only right, considering she was "the queen of watersports in the mid 80?s" !

Was the 'old French guy' short and bald, by any chance ? I don't know his name, but I remember seeing such a person in a number of French films that used to be shown in cinemas in Paris in the 80s. He also liked giving enemas, if it was the same person.
