They should be wrong! No embarrassment as far as I'm concerned - then again I don't live with a wife or kids (which, I suppose, is what I'd be expected to be embarrased by). But it's only customs where asking for stuff back is just asking for trouble. Royal Mail don't liase with customs, and their staff tend to be ordinary working class blokes who don't take the moral highground, so if you pester them they tend to let you have your own way. I usually say "I'm coming down to the depot at 3pm tomorrow, and off the record you can tell whoever's responsible that I don't give a toss if they make a copy, but when I get there I'd appreciate it if you'd 'found' my parcel." Tried it twice: worked twice.

just to confirm what you have said, as I am one of the ones who has traded with Andrew, these packages do seem to go missing that is why I usually put a business compliments slip on the package to make it look more official but as Andrew says four packages including mine have mysteriously gone missing.

Are you saying that they can't confiscate your vids even if they are ordered from a company that is selling them illegally (i.e without a R18 certification)
