It would seem that her nationality is Italian having been born in Emilia Romagna, which is a city in northern Italy with a population of around 4 million.
I've found a very interesting page on the Italian version of Wikipedia which gives quite a bit of information about her, including a filmlist which is somewhat longer than the one on egafd.
There was also some talk somewhere about a pictorial in Private Magazine. This was a 9 page pictorial in the August 1991 #106 issue. Unfortunately neither Private's website or the Private Magazine database on the Eurobabe Index gives any more information on the magazine appearance.
