thank you andy.

for everybody's sake, i will try to remember to space it out. i am not offended by your critique of my writing style, to each his or her own. i'm happy to be here on egafd because of my passion for the adult film business. but more so towards european pornography, which seems more artistic than it's american counterpart.

thanks a lot.

Youre the kind of guy I should be doing a Naked Truth podcast with

ive offered some anti porn people to chat with me but theyd rather rant on twitter for 3 days about how evil I am and that Im an apologist for rape and support (dont laugh) nazi porn!!!

I tolerate the abuse because i feel its down to lack of transparency and while I wont go on stage preaching its the best job in the world, quite often it is just work

i can explain why porn is the way it is. Most times it is just work. Its not dehumanising if it looks that way its that with porn, people do it because they like to get their freak on. Sometimes its escapism and an outlet for those doing it as it is meant for the end user

Not everyone wants to see a story or tenderness. Most product is meant for masturbation hence the nasty titles and nasty sex.

Maybe its because of all this why i went the direction i did with Real Couples. Maybe I was lead by looking for the truth or substance in what i do and it has worked which is why i think its shortsighted of people to rubbish couples porn.

I'm seeing it making more of a comeback in recent years over the more extreme stuff.

Porn is like a box of chocolates. theres a flavour out there for everyone so dont let me fool you into thinking what I do is special when every other producer could say the same.

I've been personality driven with my reality style approach to what i do since I came into it over 15 years ago

one eyed jack, i hope i'm not misinterpreting what your saying, but if your inviting me to be on the naked truth podcast, i'd have to graciously decline given the fact, unlike you, i'm the most unqualified guy to talk to. i'm merely a fan who has/had aspirations of being a porn director, who notices that the adult film industry is dehumanizing the performers to where we don't know them as people.

it would be nice if their was a porn series that before shooting the scene, the person behind the camera asks not just only sex questions but questions about trival stuff like music, sports, personal preferences like favorite foods and if they have a pet. stuff like that to humanize them. plus some behind the scenes stuff goes a long way.

there are some things if i were in a position to do it, i would do if i ran my own company. one would be to market not just the sex, but the person behind the sex. look at it this way, every form of art has behind the scenes specials to show them as people. what if you only knew thierry henry as a footballer and didn't know him as a person??? what if you knew elton john for his music and not who he is as a person??? what if you knew russell crowe as a actor and not as a person??? that's why they have behind the scenes interviews and features to humanize these people so that you, the viewer, feel as you know them and you might love them more as a person.

on a business aspect, my company would not make DVD's, we'd go straight to internet and offer reasonable membership prices, so that people don't feel a pinch in the pocketbook. the music business is getting to the point where they are starting to realize that music straight to ipod is the way to go. why buy a 10 song cd when you only like 4 of the songs on it??? why buy a 4 scene porn dvd when you only like one scene???

also, i'm not aware if this is happening at other production companies, but if i ran i company, all my employees would be drug tested as well as tested for stds and i would have a on-site doctor and a on-site psychiatrist to make sure my performers are mentally and physically healthy.

as for the type of sex, i like your real couples direction because that's a genre that's was being left behind. being here in the states, i'm not exposed too much to british porn, but from what i'm seen, there is some good stuff there. my personal taste depends on the mood i'm in, sometimes i like watching a gangbang scene, sometimes a threesome, sometimes i want to see some old fashioned one-on-one sex. i even like watching solo and simple handjob and blowjob scenes. as long as the performer is not being physically or mentally abused. no slapping, spiting, choking, no hair pulling and unless the woman is ok with it, no verbal degradation. i also detest rimbjobs and scenes where the woman is being propositioned into sex.

i'd also like to mention one eyed jack, i am jealous of you in the aspect you've got to work with one of england's greatest adult film stars in my opinion and one of my all time favorites, flick shagwell. flick is gorgeous, had a lot of energy come through the camera and from the many scenes i've seen of hers, i never really saw a bad scene. have tried reaching out to her but unfortunately have not be fortunate enough to reach her. i hope life is treating her well. i rate her with the likes of kay parker, sarah louise young, victoria brown, angel long, ashley long and the late great savannah gold as some of the greatest women i've seen come out of england.

cheers.

Hi BlueWomble...You mean behind the scenes like this?

If you like reality porn then real couples is for you

A person like you would be perfect to do a podcast with because the things you say about it dehumanising do need to be understood.

Most girls and guys find it intrusive to reveal their personalities but are fine with you seeing them naked.

I remember Flick Shagwell. She went by her real name on my site. She only got that name when she went to the US but then this was the beginning of the internet and I bet she was grateful for the stage name keeping her personal life away from her professional one.

If anything, the porn business is not to blame for how the girls turn out. Girls have told me its societies discrimination of what they do for a living thats been more damaging.

You can learn a lot about the world through porn which is probably why its at the centre of most peoples moral compass when it comes to issues about it

well, thanks one eyed jack. i'd have to give your podcast idea some thought. i'm not really a telephone person and skype just is'nt my thing either. i'm 29, but act much older when it comes to modern technology.

i find that point you made true, but yet it's hypocritical to let me see them naked physically, yet not mentally. i understand the stigma and the guarded nature of how they feel. i live in a small religious town here in the states. i have no friends in this town i've lived in for 25 plus years, i don't go out unless it's to shop or take a walk by myself. i'm single and my only true friend is my mother. i'm also disabled because of my bad back and life long knee problem and i have the stigma of having adhd and bi-polar disorder, which they think your crazy when in my case, while i have my mood swings, i don't do anything out of the ordinary. my other true friend, my grandmother, passed away in 2009. i'm very isolated in the place i live in because of my differing religious beliefs (i'm a atheist), my love for something consittered immoral and sinful (porn) and my contempt for how people treat you when your different or don't follow their moral code system. i have never been in any kind of trouble with the law, i have always strived to see the good in humanity even though the older i get, the more i start to lothe close minded people who judge others for living the way they chose to live or playing with the hand you were dealt with or they try to save or convert you. i have to live a life of solitude because of who i am. somebody i'm happy to be. people in the town i live in would not except me for who i am despite the fact i have commited no crime, i just am different.

i know about the stigma, i know about having to guard yourself from all, i know about family members and friends moving away from you because of who you are or what you are. which is why i as a individual wish to reach out to these men and women and say i am one of you. i choose not to move to los angeles because a. i cannot afford it and b. i don't like LA really. i like the part of the world i live in, it's the people i am questionable of.

the anti-porn crusaders like your shelley lubben's are only working out of shame or regreat or in some cases, ego. i would say i would'nt doubt their is abuse in porn, but there is abuse in all walks of live. i'm sure people's skin would crawl if you heard the homophobic and politically incorrect statements that are made in a sports locker room. how about your board rooms??? i'm sure there is always going to be in-work sexism in any fortune 500 companies board room. i read about a albuquerque firefighter being sexually harrassed by her male co-workers because she's a attractive woman doing a brave, life-risking job. porn is becoming more of a woman's business because now, more than ever, more women are having the chance to run their own companies and put out what they want to put out.

i know flick's real name, i know alot of porn stars real names. but i choose not to invade their privacy because i respect them. but a part of me wishes i could know them as people because i'm sure their are some awesome people in this business. it's just societies fault they are shallow enough to judge somebody because of a career most outside the business don't really grasp.

in closing, i'd like to give a tip to porn stars out there. i don't have twitter and that's my personal choice. but to people in the porn business that do have a twitter account. do me a favor, it's great that you put pictures of your work on your page and i'm happy your proud of your work. but put some non-porn related posts on your twitter feed because you don't want to be one dimensional. talk about a tv show or a song or a sports team you like, talk about something that happened in your day, be multi-dimensional.

cheers one eyed jack and everybody and once again, thanks for reading.

yes, but it's just not about sex for me. it's about making a connection to somebody. it would be easy to go to a bar or public hangout and find somebody interested and either go back to her or my place and shag. but when tommorow comes, i did'nt know the person i just shagged and she may never enter my life again.

for some, casual sex is the answer. but not for me. i like to make friends and if you want to call it friends with benefits, i'd much rather have it that way. but the best way is one woman who loves me for both my good qualities and my faults. i spend alot of time with my mom and we talk and watch tv and hang out with each other, because she's my friend as well. but the intimacy is missing from my life and i've never really been good at breaking the ice with women. all three so called girlfriends i've had i had less than two weeks and all three broke up with me because i was "too nice" to them.

i watch porn because i like sex, but it's very plastic for me just to think of these women as sluts and not human beings. they are portraying sluts on camera, but i'd like to think they are more multidimensional than that. i'm multidimensional in the aspect i don't think about sex all the time, i like watching sports (i like football, rugby, boxing, formula one and the college sports here in the states), i'm a passionate birmingham city supporter, i like listening and talking about music, i like talking about my opinions on politics but i'm careful about who i talk politics with, i love my two cats kiki and tiny one, i love old sitcoms, i like to read about different cultures and learning is somewhat of a turn on for me, i've always had a thing for nerdy chicks, i like pro-wrestling even though i don't like today's product and don't watch it, so i'm very much multidimensional.

another thing i want to address is sometimes the lack of logic in porn scenes frustrate me. i hope i can use this one for a example since it's not a european porn scene, but i watched jayna oso's scene from six in me where she is playing football with six black guys and she's the goalkeeper and the "coaches daughter" and they challenge her to a game of strip shootout where if she does'nt save the ball, she has to take off a piece of clothing. well, she did'nt save a single ball and did a pretty bad job pretending like she was trying to save the ball and of course, ends up having sex with all six guys. now the sex was good, but silly storylines and setups kind of take away from the scene from my vantage point. i'm more for straight up sex myself.

thanks everybody for reading this, thanks for the suggestion planeterotica, but i'm just different that way and if i came to england, no offense london, but london is not really on my itinerary, too many of my american compatriots go to london and i'm not your typical american tourist. i want to go to birmingham and see all the sights in and around birmingham and the west midlands, also take in a city game. KRO!!! i want to go to wales because i'm of welsh decent (and no sheep jokes please, i find those offensive). i want to see a land i love dearly and am proud to say i have links to. cymru am byth.

Blue Womble.

Do you feel the need to make a connection to everybody you watch ie, do you feel the same when you watch a movie or even the news?

In defence of porn I would say the acts in you see them are the acts in which the end user are buying it for: Entertainment.

Youve reinforced my opinion that there are those who want more from porn.

For most, just meeting the stars at an event and taking a selfie makes their day but the truth is, like anyone in entertainment, the reality could shatter the preconceived notion you have of them.

I like maintstream entertainers too but to me as a fan they could be utterly rude to people they dont know and fake nice to you just because youre a fan.

In short, be careful what you wish for as it could ruin your whole outlook on porn altogether if the first person you met in porn turned out to be a bad example of what this business has to offer

yeah, it would be nice to know these people as people, but unless they take the time out of their business schedules to write me back, i won't get to know them.

if i like a certain scene, i can enjoy it to a point. but i need to know if they enjoy it as much as i do. it can't come off as forced to me, it has to be real. that goes for any walk of life, i don't really like anything that's not authentic or real. as i've mentioned before, i'm a birmingham city supporter, i understand that most footballers today are nothing more than hired mercenaries who are paid to represent the club and unless you grew up in the area, there's nothing more annoying to me then when a footballer scores a goal and then kisses the badge of his shirt like he's loved them all his life.

i'm the kind of guy that if i had the abilities to play football, i would'nt want to play for the bigger clubs if offered a outrageous sum of money, what's the point of me recieving a huge salary and puting on a shirt i could give two shits about??? sure, you'd make alot of money and win alot of silverware if you signed with chelsea or man city, but unless you grew up supporting them, it's not something you've dreamed of doing all your life i'd rather get paid less and play for a club i love because i'm a guy who is motivated by doing labors of love rather than just go through the motions, i have to love what i do in order to do it. plus, to think some of these footballers play against clubs they grew up supporting as a boy, you mean to tell me you'd rather be paid to go against the club you grew up supporting, which is basically you're family, your flesh and blood, just to gloryhunt trophies and honors??? that's like being paid to kill your parents. people like that have no soul if you ask me.

if i were to ask everybody who has ever shot a porn scene a question, that would be the number one question i'd ask. do you do it for the money or the love of the business??? it's fine you get paid for your job, but money should'nt be the prime motivation. wanting to put out a good product that others enjoy should be the prime motivation. it's so void of joy if turning a profit is all you are interested in.

i remember i saw one black british woman who shot a porn scene, her name escapes me, but she was from london and before the scene, she mentioned she liked to sing and she sang some of marvin gaye's "sexual healing" and her voice was gorgeous. then after the sex got started and they were dping her, she looked very uncomfortable, like she did'nt want to be their and that made me feel so uncomfortable, i stopped watching, stopped pleasuring myself and turned it off. i was disturbed by this. my message to everybody is if you don't have the passion to do this, don't do it, do something else with your life.

i'm not much for mainstream movies as the storylines suck as far as filmwriting goes and the actors and actresses today are not very good IMHO. i don't go to porn conventions because i live in the middle of nowhere. i have no vehicle and no way to get there. plus, i don't mean to sound cheep, but i don't want to pay to see somebody as i really can't afford it. i'm like the kinks, i'm a cut price person in a low budget land. when it feels right, a porn scene can entertain me, but a part of me would like to entertain others, thus why i've always wanted to direct it rather than star it it.

in closing, i don't feel i need to make a connection to everybody because i don't want a connection with mainstream movie stars, musicians, the local newscaster and whatnot. it's because they have shows and features to humanize celebrities. moreso, it's not my passion. porn is a passion of mine, i love it, i've loved it since i first started watching 15 years ago and i like being a sexual person. but i also like to see these underappreciated people be treated as humans instead of how society treats them as a plague of morality. they are people, they have feelings too, i'd like to know their feelings because i'm curious about them.

cheers and thanks for reading one eyed jack and everyone else.
