Immigration is the elephant in the room. Labour cocked up the Eastern European countries introduction to the EU by not going with the special measures which would have allowed them to extend to a number of years the period in which they could not come here.

As for the Tories, their completely absurd promise to reduce the number of immigrants per year to the tens of thousands (it is currently similar to immigration under Labour e.g. above 200K a year) does not take on board that the UK has no control over EU immigration whatsoever.

Step forward UKIP....

I agree. I think Carswell and UKIP will walk it.

New York in autumn. Sounds great. Hope you are having a wonderful time. I loved Manhattan. I felt I was in the middle of the film set for every great American film I have seen. Yellow taxis, Empire State building, steam coming up through the grilles in the street. Loved it!

UKIP are neither racist or bigoted. Stop believing the BBC and Jewish lobby. They want to take us out of the EU. We only signed up to a trade agreement, not the right for some Greek farmer or Belgian waffle maker to decide on our laws.
