10 seconds dead is a very good time. If you can find 8 guys to do that at your local athletics club then you want to get down there and persuade them to be their manager and look for somebody to sponsor them sharpish. That's one hell of an athletics club you're close to.

According to the iaaf only 13 people in the world have ran sub-10 seconds in 2014.

If you know 8 men who can run 10 secs flat, then they are World class athletes. What are they doing with their time? lol

PS: The guy who won in 10 secs flat has many sub 10 second times.
