Whaddya mean? They sent a couple of containerfuls of water wings and nose clips

Had to laugh when my favourite sandbag, Eric Pickles apologised on the Andrew Marr show for the handling of the floods saying something like "I do apologise. When we spoke to the Environment Agency, we thought we were talking to the experts".

Cameron, having earlier in the same week, blamed the floods on the Labour Party, took the line the next day that this wasn't the time to score party political points! Cue, Pickles speaking in a Commons debate, say no-one exceeded his admiration for the Environment Agency!!

Cat- laugh...definitely. I wouldn't piss on this lot if they were on fire, but point them in the direction of the nearest floods instead.
