He looks set to equal Elvis i could swear i saw him down the chip shop !wink!
I like Robbie, but to compare his record with Elvis's is ludicrous. Back when Elvis topped the charts getting to number 1 meant a heck of a lot more in sales and prestige than topping the charts these days does.
These days it's mainly downloads on iTunes and nearly always is just for one week before the next new song comes around.
