You know........some feminists think that porn demeans women and that men who are involved, or become too engrossed in porn are really just women-haters that see them for only one thing. I used to think that was just feminists taking an opportunity to have a pop at us guys.

you could take the more radical view that a man who saves his semen entirely, never jizzing the once, but instead using all that sexual desire to elevate his consciousness through the kind of meditation practised by tantric buddhists would be a whole lot better off, so in that sense, porn, sex and women more generally do not fulfil a man's true potential, which is to go beyond desire and achieve a more elevated expansive state of consciousness. So, we as men are all in effect falling far short of our true potential every time we show an interest in squeezing one out. Women in their own way also show every sign of being the banal beings that they are as well, only they flop about in their banality without the aid of porn. So, misogyny is a poor understanding of a man's situation. Men simply hate having to face the more important matters as do women. I don't see how you can moderate your interest in porn any more than you can moderate your interest in cocaine. It's just one of those indulgences of the modern age, like type II diabetes.
