You don't have to be clever to know when bullets are near to you. There is a distinct "Crack and Thump" at their passing. The Crack is the supersonic crack that the bullet makes when the air is pushed infront of it and it breaks the sound barrier near to your ears. The thump is the noise of the round leaving the barrel and a trained soldier can count the the time between each and his ears will pick up where the Thump is and give them an idea of where the shot came from. Thus they will know how far away and roughly where the shooter is. This is taught to all military recruits and is also extensively practised during pre op training. Kempy was under fire, make no mistake. Top man.

I assume Kemp meant that a clever person WATCHING TV can tell the difference between the sound of real bullets and studio added bullet sounds.

Ross Kemp is an actor...........no matter what he does on camera he was still the lad at school that took dance classes and art, instead of football and woodwork.

Don't let the extra padding from all that eating and the shaved head fool you into thinking he's some tough nut.

Only repressed homosexuals like his stuff.
