Spillers Records in Cardiff has sadly declined in quality since the early 90's, great place to shop around looking at imports, was much cheaper than the Virgin store in Cardiff as well which was a small pokey place. Cardiff Market had a great second hand store on the balcony where many an hour was spent browsing on a Saturday afternoon.
Northamptons Spin A Disc was also quite good for an independent.
Lots of good memories rummaging around the second hand places in Soho like Reckless Records. The record exchanges were also good to find some rare stuff.
Second hand record stores up and down the country were always great fun to go in.
Find it very hard to muster up the spirit to walk into one nowadays though I may just pop in and see if any bargains are going.
