The UK, or it's constituent parts, has had a monarchy for a couple of years now, so you best get used to it, it's not going anywhere.

I suspect that what we have here is a subject with a hormone imbalance, which is a common cause of excessive aggression. It could be a progesterone deficiency, or maybe an excess of adrenalin. Hard to tell without running the appropriate tests.

Ta chi might also be beneficial as a stop-gap remedy.
