If companies;

# Published an email address, instead of limiting text contact to their on-line form;
# Did not refuse to open MS word attachments;
# Published their fax numbers

,we could cut out snail mail altogether for letters.

OTOH, many modern companies seem to view customers not as people, but as a business asset, and regard communication with them as an expensive liability which must be discouraged.

Thanks for depresssing me! How can anyone justify such an increase in times of austerity. These cunts live on another planet. What about old age pensioners who pay ALL their bills by cheque. What about small business?

How shit was privatization? Massive utility bills. Water bills way above inflation and then told we can't use the fucking stuff!!! Becouse they spent all the cah on bonuses when they should be fixing leaks! Every fucking thing costs more and more. I feel like I have this enormous parasite sucking the blood from my body. A revolution is coming!
