I love old Jim Slip, I really do, but sometimes - seemingly because he is a
pornographer working today and feels he must defend current values - he
writes ********! Von Boy`s comment, Jim, was about PHOTO SHOOTS
of the 80s. That by its nature means magazines. There is absolutely no
comparison with the quality of girls shot / budgets / general artistry of the
photographers / between those shoots in Mayfair, Club and the majority of
British mags then, than the situation today. Should you disagree with me,
then I challenge you to take time and effort to shoot the best looking girl
you can find, and try and sell her to a magazine in the UK. Let us compare
the results with what might have been achieved 25 years ago, how much
money you are offered etc. You are totally right, Jim, to say things have
moved on, but changing times does not necessarily make things better....

And I went to prison for giving the public what they wanted to see! Ironic for a guy to support censorship on this forum...

Waste of time unless you/he has an American sale lined up as well because they ONLY pay ?300 a set now and are never interested in new set's from 'unknown' togs or it seems from old gits like me ! And the yank mags only pay $1500 dollars as well. So the girl will probably cost a minimum of ?300 for a day. So what I'm saying is, why on earth would you shoot it without a US sale - to try and get your money back ?

The BBFC had a rule called GOIL (glimpse of inner labia) which prevented any classification even at R18 prior to 2000...

BBFC was movies not mags, although the mags did have a similar rule I must admit.

I know I paid them thousands in fees! But GOIL applied to mags as well.
