In the meantime posting every week with your favourite phrase, "the tri-partite elected dictatorship" accompanied by a quote from Rousseau gives the impression that you are a bit of an empty head with a couple of quotes trying to get out from between your ears.

For those forumites who can't be arsed to guess, what is your solution?

Or are you incapable of outlining your solution until you get Rousseau's books on the "Discourse on the Origin of Equality" and "On the Social Contract" out of the library again?

And on top of that, you failed your test. Its "Discourse on the Origin of Inequality" not "Equality".
