Ignoring Mr Slip`s political agenda, I am only sorry Sooty did not hit
Paul Daniels with an axe instead of a pizza. Now that would really have
been newsworthy (and possibly worthwhile).

I reckon Johnny Marbles should use this case in his appeal. After all, a pizza is a heavier weapon than a foam pie, and this poor man needed hospital treatment.
Where's the consistency? Where's the justice?
