Always liked her stuff. Whatever you think of her music she did bring a bit if jazz and soul to the youth of today.

I thought she was a really talented singer who had a jazz feel to her singing and a lot of knowledge about the history of jazz and soul. Back to Black was an excellent album.

It was sad to see her turn from an attractive, healthy looking woman when she started out to a stumbling, wafer thin, junkie being booed on stage.

Having no sympathy for a 27 year old dying is one thing, and I can just about understand it given she may well have been the architect of her own downfall.

But to 'hope' some other young person dies is a level past apathy. How the fuck can you 'hope' for someone to die who's never hurt you, your loves ones, or indeed anyone else as far as I'm aware? Seriously, PH, I'm guessing you're only saying that for the reaction. For your sake I hope you're just another forum troll because the alternative crosses into psychopath territory.
