Jim, this is funny. I listened to the Judas Priest song and tried to imagine shagging to it with the music at full volume. I think it would be quite hard to feel any passion and I may have to stop pounding away and play air-guitar to the music for a few seconds! lol.

It reminded me of the scene in the Tom Cruise film 'Jerry Maguire', where he is in bed with Renee Zellwegger. The rather camp male nanny who looks after Renee's son earlier handed Tom a cassette of some Jazz combo playing in Stockholm in the 1960's. Later, Tom and Renee are banging away with this music on full volume. There is this crazy trumpet and a large brass section bellowing out of the speakers as the two of them screw. After a while Tom stops, looks at the stereo and says "what IS this music!"

A funny scene. Shagging to music is certainly off-putting. lol.

Porn music is and always has been awful. Never understood the need for it really.

It's quite unnerving to have the young lady singing that chorus softly in your ear as you're slowly and tenderly doing the business, but at the same time it was quite a touching moment. I guess you had to be there to understand it though.

Most early 00's Harry Morgan films use the same bits of Euro Pop repeatedly, one aounds like the theme to the Transformers cartoon from the 80's. The few 80s compilations I have always seem to use instrumentals of Cameo's Word Up and Billy Idol's White Wedding.

The few parties I've been to with couples swapping have often had the local radio playing in the background. I guess it's to drown out noises or fill awkward silences. I got so fed up with the distraction of ads for car insurance and double glazing whilst trying to do these 40-something desperate housewives up the bum that I swore I would always bring my own DVD player with porn to the hotel with me each time. But then you just get the crappy porn music playing behind you instead. The very worst was a local couple who insisted on having Bullseye playing on Challenge TV in the background so the kids upstairs wouldn't be woken by the fucking. Disturbing on several levels.
