Ordered an Emma Butt dvd last week, the status was open up until a few days ago and now the new site does not have dvd I ordered on it and my order history has gone.... I use to be a regular customer but the order times take so long and that is a shame because the new site is actually not that bad.

All my e-mails ignored and no spam filer is trapping any replies from blissbox so their excuse not a valid one.
Payment taken instantly, items stated were in stock 3 weeks later nothing. their 008001122233 number always has the other person has cleared or you are 2nd in line and your call will be answered shortly OH NEVER IS answered.
Site now under Gamelink, previous account details lost no mention of my last order AT ALL. Called the USA new number was told they haven't been sent the database of recent orders, they are unaware of the european team never replying to e-mails or calls so it seems whoever is in charge of europen operations has stolen peoples money (allegedly)
My credit card company are investigating Blissbox as we speak, I gave blissbox ample chances to resolve the matter.
So all in all if my order is not sent within the next 10 days you guys here will know about it and i will also update on what VISA find out in their investigations.
I suggest nobody orders from Blissbox, it seems they have transferred all operations to the USA which is why nobody is getting anything but worringly they can still take payments without fail.

Since I last posted on this forum, I have received 1 item of a four part order, which was placed on october 29th. I was told in an email that ALL four had been sent out, needless to say all communication has seized since, its a terrible shame that there are so many people that haved been conned into paying for something they might only received part, or none of. as "cbram71" said "I suggest nobody orders from Blissbox" - that is probably the best advice.

Update spoke to a customer service rep in the usa, he said they cannot do anything for orders placed before the change over, only to e-mail the european team who guess what have emptied their office aswell as peoples credit cards.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY there is a better alternative ero its a disc called a dvd .com remove certain bits and i am sure you will all know who i mean.
At least they are professional and legal, seems like Blissbox is run by a bunch of thieves.

To be honest, I waited 6 weeks for my order. I know there are issues with customs, etc. It depends where the orders are coming from.
If there is a problem, it would say on their order status.
I didn't complain, I just wait.

Rhino clearly you were one of the lucky ones. The situation is this Blissbox is now trading with Gamelink in the USA any orders made after the change over should be honoured but i have my doubts, but anything before the changeover when they were based in the netherlands will not be process cause simply they are not there.
The database wasnt transferred over and if it was would have been unlawful as it would have contained peoples confidential data.
I would stress to anyone who has ordered from blissbox before the change over to keep an eye on their credit/debit card statements cause there is a strong possibility the crooks in europe could have all the data for their own use (allegedly)
I have got VISA involved in an attempt to get my money back, so all maybe not lost but for those that send cash etc are lets say unlikely to get anything in return.
It should be illegal worldwide for any company to cease trading and sell the name onto another company who then has no legal obligation to fulfill orders.
I hope someone at blissbox reads these comments knowing that one person is prepared not to let them get away with it, Blissbox watch out next it will be a visit from the police cause people within your company have commited a criminal offense called FRAUD! and obtaining money via deception. (allegedly) ahem

well there is no spam filter in place all blissbox said to me in one e-mail since my order is they changed e-mail server and will be going through the backlog. rubbish their business is now part of Gamelink so before the change over any orders will not be processed. to prove a point check your account history only to find your order has disappeared like your money.
If so called agents of blissbox look here then i hope you rot in hell cause to me you're nothing but a bunch of crooks.
You claim to care about customer total rubbish you have had loads of times to contact me even by phone but you dont.
hope you like the thought of the police visiting your offices as i am gathering evidence as we speak to ensure this is what happens
