The reason i asked was because a friend of mine has said he is not gay in any sense what so ever and would never dream of being intermit with another man. Yet he has confessed to being sexually attracted to transexuals and has already had sex with one.

So what is the common term for a guy who is not gay but goes with transexuals?

In either case I'd proabably say bisexual, although for the latter I'd say gay if they wouldn't consider sex with a similar looking person who instead has a vagina.

I guess also it might depend on whether a person defines their sexuality by what they don't like rather than what they do like, as well as the extent to which they're willing to accept and/or entertain the transgendered individuals beliefs about their own (the transgendered individual's) sexuality.

Arguably gender is a social construct or agreed set of assumptions we as members of a particular society accept. In comparison a person's sex is a biological matter of fact.

How about someone who's truly intersex? (i.e. neither sex and both sexes at the same time) Is it more 'gay' for a man to sleep with an intersex individual?

Personally I think if you could genetically engineer a woman to be born with a penis I probably wouldn't say no to sleeping with her although I probably wouldn't seek her out. On the other hand if you were to retrofit a guy with breasts etc. to turn him into a ladyboy I'd probably be much less inclined to (and I have a very good eye when it comes to that kind of thing. They'd actually have to basically be a woman that just happened to have a penis, and they'd have to be attractive enough for me to want to see past it).

Actually, I just ran a search for the models mentioned in this thread and now I'm really not sure.

Even though I like masculine women and androgeny I think I'd definitely need them to have female genitalia.

Thanks for all the responses, but with regard to the thread itself even though everyone contributed their assumptions there still doesn't seem to be an official term for a guy who goes with Transsexuals. Saying that common sense has just said to me surly if a guy goes with a Transexual would his sex gender not obviously be termed Transexual? meaning he is Transexual in his sex gender and not A TRANSEXUAL HIMSELF ?

As for shooting people, as Clint said in "The Enforcer" There's nothing wrong in shooting people as long as the right people get shot.
