No, its a Grade 1 listed building and rightly so. The ballroom is one of the masterpieces of Victorian architecture.

Not a Southern Softie at all , in fact more of a Northerner than those in Blackpool but from the East coast. I have had the misfortune to work in both Slough and Stevenage , but still think Blackpool is pretty poor , probably the only place worse is Sunderland !laugh!
