Deno I'm right behind you on this.

If these models are now 45 year old mother trying to forget about their sexy pasts what are they doing on line or looking in dirty magazines? Although porn is very easy to access these days you still have to bother to do it and I assume that all this vintage stuff falls under a specialist umbrella so will take a bit more finding than just any tits ass etc.

Before I started porn I was a nanny mon- firday and a lapdancer weekends. They new I had a bar job but we never went into details. I went by the logic that if the dad came in and caught me he'd be in a lot more trouble than I would be.

Also if these women are trying to forget their past have they tried lying? If someone comes at you with a 25 year old image and says is that you, how hard is it to stare in amazement and say oh my god that looks just like me, fuck i missed my chance I had no idea that somewhere someone else stole my possible fame.

Goes with the job I'm afraid so tough luck. The pictures are the togs forever to do what he or she legally wants with them. End of !

If you are willing to take the cash, you should be willing to hold up to your end of the bargain in return. Seems fair enough.

A friend of mine was recently being threatened, both with legal action and also with threats of violence, after he launched a free web site with girls on that he had photographed and shot video of a number of years ago.

They had all signed model release forms and one of them, a German girl, signed the form using her real name rather than a modelling name. So that is the name he used on the site. He received an email from his hosting company via their privacy service and it was from the girl?s husband, full of threats.

He and told the husband that he had his IP address (which he didn?t) and was going to the police since the husband was effectively making terrorist threats against him. That changed the tone of the emails from the husband a bit, but he still threatened legal action if the videos weren?t removed or the name changed.

My friend then said that he would register a dozen web sites with .com, .org etc. suffixes but all with the girl?s name on, unless the husband backed off.

Then the tone of the emails changed to pleading and he eventually, out of the goodness of his heart, took the girl?s video off the site.

Okay he had the legal right to keep it there, but sometimes people do things when they are 18 that they regret later in life and don?t want friends and families to know. The internet can be a difficult place to hide in.

Who here thinks he ought to put it back again. He would be interested in your views, I know.

Did this husband ever once think to offer cold hard cash in order to erase his wife's past?

Because they all want the evidence taking away, but none of them ever want to pay for that to happen.

For most of us, its about nothing more than making money. Pay me what I'll lose by removing the material, and we'll have a deal, start demanding I remove stuff on the basis "She's my wife now" and you're on a loser.

PondLife - in the story you relate above, it sounds to me very much like the husband making the threats was in all likelihood trawling the Web for porn, stumbled by chance across his other half's younger self, and got the hump.

Which would seem to indicate that while he's perfectly happy to jerk off over other blokes' wives, sisters and daughters, the thought of other blokes jerking off over his missus sends him into a blind rage.

Which in my book makes him a hypocritical fucker.

All model releases have to signed in the models real name. It is a contract of employment. If she then didn't write down clearly 'please use the modeling name of.......................', then that was her fault and tough luck !

Yep, name on the passport goes on the contract. If she wants to use a pseudonym that up to her to negotiate beforehand.

Maybe one day, we'll get back to people taking responsibility for their own actions.

Thanks for all your views. He isn't a member here but I'll send him a link to this thread.

The really funny thing was that the videos were originally shot for a site based in Japan. After he'd shot the videos the girl said to him "I love the thought of all those Japanese men looking at my videos and wanking", so she was under no illusion about the use of them.

I don't think he told the husband she'd said that, or it might have been the end of the couple's marriage.

In case anyone is interested, his free site is at:

... with girls from about 10 years or more ago, but now with the video of the German girl removed.
