Rooney gets sent off 20 minutes in, the England team play beautifully for the rest of the game and the Germans squeak through 1-0

It beats me why they keep playing Rooney, he's definitely out of sorts. I suppose the alternative is to start with Crouch up front.

My feeling is that we will win relatively comfortably. For all their great past track record, they are a young, inexperienced side with inferior players.
England to win 2-0.

I think you all have the score wrong.
My prediction is that England will play as worried men and without insperation. The Germans will run onto the pitch also worried but with insperation and sound tactics.
Final Score: Germany will beat us by 1 or 2 goals to 4.
